All rooms are provided with colour television, hairdryer, alarm clock radio, tea and coffee making facilities.

Prices are based per person per night including breakfast
1 night £38.00	3 nights £35.00	5 nights £33.00	7 nights £32.00
Based on two people sharing Supplement for single occupancy
Customers using the Friary Manor accommodation will receive 10% off their food bill if they choose to dine in our restaurant

Supplements

From June till September a supplement of £4.50 per person will be added for guest wishing to stay only one night during a weekend period (Friday—Sunday inclusive)

Single occupancy of a double room there is a surcharge of £15.00 per night

Children under 14 are charged at 20.00 per night including breakfast

A cot is available for hire at £5.00 per night. Must be booked in advance

Limited accommodation is available for well-behaved pets at £5.00 per night

A £15.00 deposit per person, per night booked, is required to secure your reservation
Deposit in non refundable

Check in is between 3pm & 9pm and departure is before 11am
Breakfast is served until 10am
We regret that we are unable to offer room service, although coffee making facilities are available in all rooms
The bar closes at 12.30 am (or at managements discretion)

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, cash or Cheques in payment

All our bedrooms are non smoking
